  • The Museum of Illusions Montreal is a captivating place where you can explore over 65 visual illusions and interactive experiences. This museum invites you to dive into an amazing world where perception is challenged through playful and educational installations. You will discover optical illusions, visual puzzles, and immersive experiences that defy the laws of physics and logic. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and lovers of visual curiosities, the museum also offers educational activities and fun challenges for all ages. It’s a space where wonder and discovery meet in a playful and interactive atmosphere.

  • The Museum of Illusions Montreal is a permanent attraction. We have been open since June 2023 and invite you to come and explore our visual illusions throughout the year.

  • Generally, a visit to the museum takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. However, there is no time limit for exploring the exhibits, so feel free to take your time to play with our XXL dilemma games and take even more photos. Enjoy your visit!


  • The Museum of Illusions Montreal is a family-friendly attraction, and visitors of all ages are welcome. Please note that minors up to 15 years old can enter only if accompanied by an adult.

  • You can purchase tickets at the museum or online via this link. If you’d like to plan your visit in advance and be sure to reserve your spot, we suggest buying tickets through our website, as our availability may change at any time.

  • Children aged four and younger can enter the Museum of Illusions for free!

  • Although we do not have private parking, there are several lots and street parking options near the museum. Notably, there is the Indigo M189 parking lot and the Indigo M183 parking lot, located within walking distance. Get directions here!
